Under this service we Beals, become your tenant by signing a Tenancy Agreement with you as Landlord which will allow us to sub-let your property to an incoming tenant. As you would expect, the tenants that Beals put forward to rent our Premier properties have to meet high standards and are always fully referenced by our chosen specialist referencing agency.
